Extremely rare letter by Hayim Nahman Bialik. He is asking to give his help to a Jewish kady who’s son is sick and has to go through sugery. He is asking to do whatever it takes to help her. Bialik was a Jewish poet who wrote primarily in Hebrew but also in Yiddish. Bialik was one of the pioneers of modern Hebrew poetry. He was part of the vanguard of Jewish thinkers who gave voice to the breath of new life in Jewish life. Bialik ultimately came to be recognized as Israel’s national poet. Original rare letter signed by Ze’ev Jabotinsky. In this letter he treis to help the son of one of his Jewish friends In time of trouble. Jabotinsky was a Russian Jewish Revisionist Zionist leader, author, poet, orator, soldier and founder of the Jewish Self-Defense Organization in Odessa. With Joseph Trumpeldor, he co-founded the Jewish Legion of the British army in World War I. Later he established several militant Jewish organizations in Palestine, including Beitar, HaTzohar and the Irgun.Taken from the collection of Yechiel Landman
