In 1951, the State of Israel organized a World Health Day Parade,
This poster was hung on all vehicles that participated in the parade and public buildings

On the reverse side of the poster is a caption that the poster was sent to the Bialik House by the Israeli State Intelligence Service and a postmark with the date 1951
