The Blaumilch Canal is a comic-satirical Israeli film directed by Ephraim Kishon, A clever satirical who laughs at the officials of the Tel Aviv municipality which was released in 1969. The film is based on a humor called Kishon’s “Aggadah on a Tel Aviv Canal”, first published in 1952 and included in the book Alef Gadya and Gadya.
