This is a vintage street sign from Israel that was used during the 1940-1950’s. The name of the street is “Mishol Beitar”. The Beitar Movement is a Revisionist Zionist youth movement founded in 1923 by Vladimir Jabotinsky.

Some of the most prominent politicians of Israel were Betarim in their youth, most notably prime ministers Yitzhak Shamir and Menachem Begin.
