Moshe Ziffer (1902-1989), one of the most important sculptors and pioneer figures in the realm of Israeli art. Among his remarkable and most famous works are his sculpting of several iconic figures within the Zionist movement. Our collection proudly showcases the extremely rare David Ben Gurion sculpture from 1949. 

Throughout his lifetime, Ziffer maintained close ties with some of the greatest Zionist intellectuals of his era, including Einstein, whose support extended to funding Ziffer’s studies, and Ben Gurion. Ziffer continues to leave an indelible mark on the Israeli cultural landscape to this day.
